As we wrap up National Infertility Awareness Week, I’ve been thinking a lot about what message I can share.
I want to buoy you up if you’re having a hard time but I also know on my hard days, words are too much. They fall on deaf ears. No one needs advice or self-care tips on a hard day. You just want validation that it sucks and hope that you’ll get through it.
So instead of a lengthy post with all my thoughts, I’ve put together some affirmations that I hope will uplift you in your hard moments.
Here are 21 affirmations to remind you that there are always better days to come.

I find meaning in my challenges.

I feel supported in my journey.

Positive and negative emotions can co-exist. Both are equally valid.
My body performs miracles every day.
